Most “the AC is down” calls are a thermostat, a filter, or an outdoor unit that never started. We built a Toolbox so you can walk that without a lecture.
How it behaves
You agree it is not a licensed diagnosis and not emergency service. Then twenty gates. Skip is a first-class answer — we do not ding you for not crawling an attic. If the answers point hard at one cause (dirty filter plus ice, outdoor dead while calling, wet pan), we stop early at 90% and show the finding. Gas or burning smell stops the tool immediately.
What happens next
Book from the result screen. The gate log rides along in the notes so we are not asking “is it on Cool?” from the driveway. We still measure on site. You still approve parts.
What it will not do
It will not tell you to add refrigerant. It will not tell you to keep resetting a breaker. It will not open a panel for you.
