What it is
Two visits a year, on a calendar we both can see. Spring / early summer for cooling. Fall for heat. Filter check, drain, outdoor coil as needed, numbers written down, serial still on file. Priority when it is 98° and the phone is ugly. Not “maybe we can squeeze you.”
What it is not
It is not a free compressor. It is not a coupon pyramid. It is not software we rent from a franchise so your file lives in Ohio. We own the books. If you cancel, you cancel. See membership.
Why two, not one
A coil that was clean in April is not clean in January cottonwood. A heat exchanger we never looked at is not “maintained.” One visit a year is a brochure. Two is a pattern.
If you only want a one-off because the house is for sale, book a visit. Do not join a membership to flip a disclosure.
