Fort Liberty moves people. The equipment stays. That is the whole problem in one line.
Membership follows the house, not the orders
A membership is scheduled maintenance on that air handler and that outdoor unit. If you PCS, the next occupant can keep the visits if they want them. You are not paying for a house you no longer live in. Tell us the date. We close the billing. We do not play “gotcha” on a 30-day window.
Warranty is serial-number work
Manufacturer coverage is tied to the equipment, the install date, and whoever is on the paperwork. Our labor wrap, when we sold it, is the same idea: serial on file. A PCS does not void a factory coil warranty. A missing serial and a “the last guy said it was new” story does not create one either.
What to send us before you go
- Name on the account and the street address
- Approximate closing or report date
- A photo of the outdoor nameplate if you have one
If you are inbound and the seller claims a membership or a remaining labor wrap, we will look it up by address and serial. We will not honor a screenshot of a competitor’s coupon.
Contact beats a Facebook rumor about “they’ll transfer it.”
